Daily Work Flow

NXP usually starts from email and may use SR, project name, or NXP reference. Outside customers usually start from WhatsApp or phone. Rental quotations normally go straight to quotation without survey.

NXP Machine MoverEmail request → Supervisor survey when needed → Colin quotation → PO by item description → schedule workers → invoice.
Outside Machine MoverWhatsApp / phone → Subcon or Supervisor survey → Subcon price if needed → AM prepares quotation.
RentalBoom lift, scissor lift, crane, forklift rental normally goes direct to quotation.
